Return Policy

 Although we hope you are pleased with your purchases from Nuance Style House, we do realize that on the rare occasion items may need to be returned for a refund. Returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. We have the right to refuse the return/refund of accessories {jewelry & scarves} due to hygiene reasons. If you'd like to return please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email (rachel@urbantique.com) or use the contact form in our store. We will email you instructions on how to return the item. All SALE items are final sale.

The item MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery or it will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. If returning for any other reason then a damaged item you {the buyer} will be responsible for return shipping. The refund amount will be the original invoiced amount MINUS a small restocking fee. Your refund will post or be mailed to you in a check within 7 business days from the day we receive it to the account you used to pay the invoice.
